Steps to follow in planning a flight:

• Contact CHILDREN’S MERCY JET at 1-530-518-4887 between 8:00am and 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time Monday thru Friday.  We can answer any questions you might have and make a preliminary determination as to whether or not we can accommodate the patient’s needs.

• If the mission is within our capabilities, we will fax to you several forms and a check list that will explain the information that we will need about your patient.
